During the lockdown, I had developed severe pain my left shoulder. A General Practitioner suggested rest and few painkillers. As this was peak corona time, hence I was reticent in actually meeting someone. Slowly I was reduced to almost 10-20% shoulder mobility only.

When the pain crossed into unbearable territory, I decided to meet Dr. Priyanka Mahadik. I was acquainted with her earlier, as she had conducted Physiotherapy for my father, and so I knew that I could trust her. She diagnosed the issue with my shoulder in our first session itself and advised the corrective exercises that I had to follow. She followed it up with dry needling to treat the myofascial trigger points, and the pain started easing within the same week itself. This gave me immense relief and in about a month’s time I was able to regain about 90% of shoulder mobility, after regular follow up with Dr. Priyanka. After that the sessions ended and I continued these mobility exercises at home. Its been months since I have regained full mobility to my shoulder and due to these exercises I have improved mobility throughout my body thus improving my overall fitness.

After climbing stairs multiple times or sitting cross legged for long time I get knee pain. The pain is due to weak thigh n hip muscles.

To improve the muscle strength, I’m taking treatment with Dr. Priyanka at PhysioQinesis for last 1.5 months.

Each session she gives exercises which are challenging and help building the muscle strength. Because of the personal attention, it’s possible to do the exercises in right way and fine tuning is possible in case of pain.

I’ve seen definite improvement in my muscle strength and recently when l had to do up and down multiple times and had long sitting hours, my knee did not hurt.

I started treatment with Dr.Priyanka for chronic Lower back pain, neck pain and tennis elbow. She has a very genuine concern for patients, patiently heard out everything i had to say, carried out a very thorough investigation of my problems, and explained the causes for the same. Based on the problems the treatment was started, during which each exercise was explained in detail with the benefits from them. After doing all exercises under her guidance and supervision, my condition has improved vastly and overall stronger and healthier feeling. 1. Dr.Priyanka took pains to explain the causes of spondylitis and the course of treatment that she would be following.

2. Over a few sessions of treatment, the discomfort had started to ease out. And after 5-6 sessions, the pain had substantially reduced. To rate it on a scale of 1-10. The pain was around 1 out of 10.

3. Dr.Priyanka, being a Vertigo specialist also took care of a long standing Vertigo problem. The giddiness and discomfort of years were erased because if her expertise.

This treatment was for my late father V. V Ramamamoorthy. Dad underwentva hip surgery with Dr Farnis were the surgery went off well but dady was not in a pssition to walk nor get up from the bed. Dr Priyanka is a proffessional physiotherapist were she was punctual gave dady easy exercises to perform which was my dad performed as well. They both connected very well and with 11 days of hard both Dr and my father, dady was able first walk with braces and denvslowly with the walkng stick. That was a dream come true for all of us. Specially Dady and dr. Thanx a lot for the extra ordinary stupendous care of my dad.

Thanks to Doctor Priyanka, I am able to walk today. When I met her I was bedridden post my operation complications. But Dr. Priyanka provided full support and care and pushed me to my best and made me walk.
